At Mark’s Quality Painting customer satisfaction is our foremost priority. We want you to be 100% confident of the important decision you make towards the new look of your home. Below is a list of the most common questions we hear everyday.

If you have any further questions please call Mark Menefee at 972-754-6992.

Q.  How do I know if I need to paint my house?

A.  Aside from just personal need for change or update, you should routinely paint to prevent peeling or chalking, a condition, which results, when you rub your hand across the paint it powders on your fingers. However, if the paint is just looking dingy, you may just need a powerwashing for a fresh new look.

Q.  Can I afford to wait if my paint has begun to chalk? If not, why?

A.  NO, Chalking is actually a preliminary sign of breakdown. Once the paint has began chalking it will only continue to deteriorate. If the old paint continues to disintegrate, the entire house will need to be primed with bonding primer, a process that will only increase the cost of the project unnecessarily.

Q.  My paint has begun to peel. What can I do?

A.  Once the peeling process begins, unfortunately there is little that can be done other than stripping, priming, and repainting. For an immediate solution to the problem, please call Mark's Quality Painting. We will gladly be at your service.

Q.  How do I know how much paint I need to buy for the project?

A.  You do not need to buy paint. The estimate will provide will not only include labor, but supplies as well.

Q.  Are you insured?

A.  Absolutely, For your protection and ours we are fully insured. That is extremely important when choosing a contractor of any kind of work done on your property. In the state of Texas, should something unfortunate ever happen, it is actually the responsibility of the homeowner if there are injuries sustained while the contractor is on your property. This places you in a very awkward position with your own insurance company. Unfortunately most homeowners don’t realize this, however you should ALWAYS know the facts and ret assured when you hire Mark's Quality Painting you are protected 100%.

Q.  We have some wood that is rotting. Can you make repairs?

A.  Absolutely! At Mark's Quality Painting, not only are experienced painters, but we are also experienced carpenters. We will be happy to make any necessary repairs needed.

Q.  Will new paint cover mildew?

A.   Under no circumstance, should you ever paint over mildew. Just like any other living organism, mildew continues to grow and will grow even through new paint. Before we begin painting, your home will be washed to kill any mildew on your house.
